Terms of Service Agreement – Intermediation Fee (0.50%)

By proceeding with the payment of the intermediation fee of 0.50% of the intended gold purchase amount or our fixed fee of €25, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions of service provided by GoldRefuge (“we”, “us”, “our”):

1. Nature of Service

GoldRefuge acts exclusively as an independent intermediary. Upon receipt of your payment and completed form, we commit to:

  • Identifying and contacting a verified and trusted gold dealer in the chosen location (or the nearest available location with acceptable standards of security and pricing).
  • Requesting and verifying a detailed quotation based on the investment amount and distribution preference (bars/coins) specified by you.
  • Delivering the quotation to your provided email address for your direct review and potential execution with the third-party gold dealer.

2. Scope and Limitations

Our responsibility is strictly limited to delivering the verified quotation. We do not:

  • Participate in the final transaction between you and the gold dealer.
  • Act as a payment processor or custodian of funds or gold.
  • Offer storage, shipping, or after-sale services.
  • Guarantee the execution of the quotation or any future changes in pricing, availability, or regulatory policies.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Once we have delivered the verified quotation to the email address you provided:

  • GoldRefuge disclaims all liability for any risks, delays, losses, errors, fraud, delivery issues, regulatory problems, or disputes that may occur in the subsequent purchase or relationship between you and the selected gold dealer.
  • You understand that all final decisions, including whether or not to proceed with the purchase, are made at your own discretion and risk.
  • You accept full responsibility for verifying the final contract, payment method, delivery terms, and legal compliance of the transaction in your country of residence and the country of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Payment

The 0.50% intermediation fee is non-refundable once the quotation has been delivered, regardless of whether or not you decide to proceed with the purchase.

5. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance box and completing your payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
  • You accept that GoldRefuge is not liable beyond the delivery of the quotation.
  • You release GoldRefuge from any present or future claims related to the transaction that may arise between you and any third-party seller.
